Development Phase

The project will provide for the construction of a WWTP and collection network within the City of Cazin and the realization of a secondary network in Mutnik. In parallel the replacement of dilapidated water mains are included, in order to reduce the amount of water distribution losses. Within the delivered feasibility study, this project is described as the Priority Investment Plan (PIP).

Main components of the project are:

• Construction of the Waste Water Treatment plant with capacity of 14,000 population; • Main wastewater collectors in Cazin and Mutnik; • Construction of Wastewater Collection Network in Cazin and Mutnik; • Mutnik Bulk Water Pipeline Replacement; • Design, procurement assistance and supervision.
