V-learning (e-learning that uses Virtual Reality, or VR) combines the efficacy of face-to-face teaching with the scalability of e-learning. Although the advantages are clear, v-learning is hardly integrated into training programs. This is caused by high content development costs and because it is a non-flexible training method. Therefore, we are developing Meta Skills, a software product consisting of two parts: • A no-code editor that enables anyone to create v-learning content by providing the necessary tools • A hybrid viewer that allows v-learning trainings to be followed both in VR and on any device, in the browser, in 2D providing a scalable means of deploying trainings By 2024, Meta Skills will enable VR as a workplace learning concept to have a real impact, rather than face the hard reality of failure.
