Korte omschrijving:
The described objectives will be achieved by quantifying the effect of steep and breaking waves on the foundation structures of offshore wind turbines and by optimizing design methods and calculation requirements(ULS, FLS) in Guidelines and Standards. One of the deliverables of the project is a report with recommendations for improved design methods for OWT foundations, which will be used by the involved international classification companies DNV and GL to improve the classification.
